Technical Support

Summary :

Provides technical assistance (Level-1 and Level-2) to customers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
  • Proficiency in handling web-based software (Soap/Ajax).

  • Troubleshooting through different APIs.

SQL Developer

We are looking for the SQL expertise (MS-SQL 2008, MS-SQL 2012) who can guide the entire team on SQL front in terms of best practices, identifying the code issues during code review, contributing in design and development, providing solutions to different SQL technical challenges and implementation, optimizing the SQL queries and objects to improve the performance, evaluate the new features in SQL and performing POC etc.
The candidate should have good hands on experience of design, development and support.

  • Should be flexible to work in support.
  • Application of Software Development Lifecycle SDLC and Software Maintenance Lifecycle SMLC.
  • Need to work in Shift.
  • Experience in VB.NetASP.NET 3.54.0 and above, SQL 2005,2008,2012 .NET web services, JavaScript, XML, JQuery Strong in object oriented concepts and web technologies.
  • Job Responsibilities Analyzing requirements, developing, debugging , troubleshooting, fixing issues and Client communication.
  • Create Entity Relationship (ER) Diagrams to the proposed database
  • Create database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, Triggers etc.
  • Maintain referential integrity, domain integrity and column integrity by using the available options such as constraints etc.
  • Identify columns for Primary Keys in all the tables at the design time and create them.
  • Create functions to provide custom functionality as per the requirements.
  • Be aware of potential blocking, deadlocking and write code to avoid those situations.
  • Endure that the code is written keeping in mind any security issues such as SQL Injection.
  • Develop reports in SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Design, Develop and Deploy SSIS Packages.
  • Identify and write best possible code in case of new deployments or when rewriting code when migrating to newer version of SQL Server.

Operations & Process:

1. To ensure complete Portfolio Accounting & Administration using software Advent Axys.
2. Is required to possess deep knowledge of the all the activities, work flow, issues for all clients under ones team.
3. To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily and periodic processing of all Clients under one’s team as assigned.
4. Should establish systems and processes to ensure highest quality levels of performance is achieved on a day-to day basis.
5. To handle any escalation from Analyst w.r.t. any operational/ technical, process related, team related issue.
6. To ensure proper documentation of workflow of all activities related to al the clients.

Client Management:

1. To interact with a client on day-to day basis responding to their requirements at a short notice by re-aligning priorities.
2. Should be able to understand & anticipates Clients business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same.
3. Constantly look for opportunities to improve the client processing and provide value addition to client by exceeding expectations.

3. Interaction with internal departments, Business Analyst E.g for internal audit, functional reports and for any item as and when required.
4. Interaction with Quality Analyst in case of any issue related to Schedule Adherence for any team member.

Primary points of External Interaction are:

1. Client - Interaction with client is required on day-to day basis for any issue, update and for any clarification
2. Advent Support – In case of any issue related to Advent Axys or its related utility.
3. Empaxis technical Support – Centre beam, Rack Space – In case of any technical problem related to Empaxis server, email support etc.

2. Post Graduate with minimum 50% in MBA/ MCA/ ICWA/ CFA (India) with good knowledge of capital markets. Experience in the same or related profile will be and added advantage and 3 year of experience as an Analyst in the same profile and process.
